{Memory} Lane

We got a new computer a few months ago, and I am just now finally transferring all of our pictures from our old one to the one that we use now. I just can't handle how fast my life is going by, and how big Easton is getting! I know that all of my posts are about Easton, and is probably uninteresting for most, but look at these pictures! It's really hard to imagine him being this little, and I guess that's just one of the hard/fun parts of being a mom.

HEY Kid... Nice Undies:

I promise that this will be the last bare booty post of Easton... so don't flag my blog! ;)

This past week, every time that Easton and I are at home, he has worn underwear! There have been accidents... but it really is to be expected, right? I have been so afraid of this big kid step since he was born, but I decided that it just wont happen if I don't start! I am trying to be really relaxed about the whole situation, and not have any expectations. Hopefully, if I continue to just be consistent with him ALWAYS wearing underwear (at least when we are home), that things will eventually click.

I would LOVE to hear about any methods and success stories to help me remeber that time doesn't really stand still, and that progress can be made!

Okay, everyone keeps asking about the wood floor. What we did was in the "scratch & dent" section at Ikea, we bought a box of wood flooring, and just put it right on top of the carpet for the wood floor effect (because we all know that carpet doesn't make a great picture). I also saved this tricycle from my sister's stuff to go to the D.I. ! Thanks Cliss. :) We set up some "lights" to help with the lighting, the stands that you see in the background used to be our oh so awesome bar stools!

Dan and I were bored yesterday, and decided to do a photo shoot of Easton in his room. I am happy with how they turned out, and since we never had any pictures taken of him when he turned two last October, we can make these his two year old pictures. I have some more on my photoblog, if anyone wants to check it out! :)

I haven't blogged much lately, and there really isn't much to update everyone on...
