Dan and I have been OBSESSIVE about watching the Summer Olympics this year! I have personally never been one to watch hours upon hours of swimming, gymnastics, and such. But I have really loved it!
So far this year, the USA has won the most medals. 10 gold, 8 silver & 11 bronze (29 total)
With China in second place. (27 total medals)
Michael Phelps has won the most (obviously).
Winning 4 gold medals this year alone, not counting all of his medals from the years past and all of the world records (most of them his own) broken this year as well.
So, until the games are over... there will be a sure place that you can find us, at home watching the big games!

We love the Olympics, too! It is so exciting. I haven't had a chance to watch many events, but I have watched some swimming on the internet. I was going crazy during the men's relay, when Lezak came from behind to win gold! Awesome. It gives me goosebumps just thinking about it.
Last night at 11pm we were cheering for the gymnastics. It was a little disappointing outcome but silver is still pretty darn good. What is your opinion on the age saga of the Chinese girls?
the olympics are just plain amazing. that's all i've gotta say on such a superb gathering of athletic people...
